This course will teach you how to classify images and detect objects using machine learning. To do this, you will use MATLAB throughout the course, which is a powerful tool for computer vision. The course will then cover the following topics: preparing your data for machine learning, training machine learning models to classify images, training machine learning models to detect objects, and evaluating the performance of your models. Then, by the end of the course, you will be able to classify images of street signs, detect material defects, and use MATLAB for computer vision. Note the course is designed for students with some prior image processing experience.
